Two separate Rotary foundations provide grants to assist in worthwhile educational or service endeavors.

First of all, is the Charles B. Cozadd Rotary Foundation established under the auspices of the Belleville Rotary Club and administered by a Board of Directors comprising both members and non members of the Belleville Rotary Club. The Cozadd Foundation provides grants to assist projects having community-wide benefit and provides scholarships to qualified Belleville High School seniors who are seeking to further their education through vocational schools or college. Secondly, the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International supports the efforts of Rotary to achieve world understanding and peace through local, national and international humanitarian, educational and cultural programs.
